It is with great pleasure that we announce the merger of our firm with Brouse & Associates, Inc, a Novi-based strategic consulting and planning firm, to form Fortin Chunko & Brouse, PC (FCB).  Peter and Heather will remain partners and Dan Brouse, president of Brouse & Associates, will become a partner in the new firm, responsible for our consulting practice.

 

The merger allows us to deliver a broad range of integrated services to our clients that address all aspects of their business.  The firm will offer accounting and tax solutions, financial systems implementation, strategic planning, forecasting and financial modeling, marketing and sales planning, and business valuation services.  In addition, FCB will continue to offer other specialized business consulting services including turnaround, IRS resolution, debt restructuring and litigation support.

 

The two firms have worked closely together for the past several years on mutual client business, and we see this as the final step that formalizes our long-standing business relationship.  Together we bring a unique, integrated value proposition to both existing and prospective clients, offering a full scope of business solutions under one roof.

 

Collectively, our integrated team brings experience in a variety of industries, including construction and real estate development, services, retail, health care, automotive, and sports & entertainment.

 

Operations will reside in Fortin & Chunko’s existing offices in Lansing.  We will also maintain a presence in Southeastern Michigan through a satellite office likely to be located in or near Livingston County.
