Looking for ways to keep your team energized during busy season?  Here are a few ideas for your consideration:

Everyone's favorite -- FOOD!  

• Rent a popcorn machine for an afternoon
• Hold a "Sundae Monday" celebration with a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings
• Arrange for pre-ordered, ready-made casseroles or other take and bake dinner options to be delivered at the end of the work day
• Provide breakfast or lunch for the team working on Saturdays
• Coordinate pot-luck lunches
• Be sure to include some healthy snacks and entree selections

Services

• Offer 10-15 minute chair massages
• Arrange for car washes
• Provide errand services like dry cleaning pick-up and delivery
• Offer the gift of time: contract with a concierge service to provide house cleaning, personal shopping, home waiting, etc.
• Institute an Employee Assistance Program - have vendor facilitate a lunch 'n learn or webinar on dealing with stress

Events

• Coordinate a trivia challenge
• Designate occasional "Wacky Wear" days, i.e. silly slippers day, Hawaiian shirt day, goofy hat day, etc.
• Raffle off gift certificates or lottery tickets
• Hold a "Secret Pal" gift exchange
• Set up a mini golf course in the office
• Have a baby picture contest
