CPE administration
Our CPE program is designed to help firms understand how to provide comprehensive training to all of your staff including professionals in audit, accounting and tax services as well as industry-focused programs.
In addition to training, we provide firms with basic level administration around their learning function. We can help you with training and curriculum design, and make budget recommendations relative to the amount you should expect to spend on developing a learning culture that meets the specific needs of your firm.

Success Through People (STP) is our proprietary, integrated performance management system, focused on aligning individual team members’ goals and performance with the firm’s goals. STP creates a communication framework for defining performance expectations, evaluating performance against set goals and providing consistent feedback and coaching. Specific success factors or competencies designed for the accounting industry form the basis for performance planning and individual goal setting.
